When the hospitality industry was hit by Covid-19, Lonsdale Quay Hotel Manager, Farah Steen created new products/packages for people needing to quarantine. The Hotel supported Lions Gate nurses and doctors needing accommodation by providing rooms at special rates. As President of the Vancouver’s North Shore Tourism Association, Farah helped develop “Stay-cations” which promote local business, some of which are available through the Lonsdale Quay Hotel.
