Do you serve a dish that is a local speciality? If so, now’s the time to submit a story idea to Food Network Canada. A call for story ideas has been released for Food Network Canada’s series on Canadian food history. The series is looking to profile regional and local specialities, highlighting the history, traditions and who is making it now. The deadline to submit ideas is Friday, April 27 at 12 noon. Please include the following information in your idea submission:
- What is the dish?
- A brief background (history/origins, who made it first, etc.)
- Who is making it now?
