Are you looking to solve a problem in your business? Need a new creative look at your business? Apply to GrowthHub!
GrowthHub is an ongoing partnership between the North Vancouver Chamber and Capilano University that links the course work of students with real local business challenges.
Capilano University is calling for Fall 2023 applied research projects. Cap U Students usually spend 4 – 8 weeks of classroom time completing a specific task related to the course subject for your business/organization, with guidance from the instructor. Because multiple teams regularly work on the same project, you will receive a variety of recommendations to address your project’s challenges.
In Fall 2023, students could provide help with the following areas:
– a recruitment and attraction strategy plan for the hiring manager
– an employee engagement plan/ a wellness program
– TikTok/IG Reels to promote the program/services
– receive a change management plan
Others – you tell us your organizational needs
The goal is to help students learn by taking on real problems posed by local businesses. It’s Win-Win.
The fall intake deadline for applications is early September 2023, but we will also be accepting ideas for January 2024.
