We are pleased to share the list of candidates and their information for our 2025/26 North Vancouver Chamber Board of Directors Election.
We thank all candidates for putting themselves forward in service to the North Vancouver Chamber and the local business community we represent.

Argi Ahmadi – TransLink
Argi Ahmadi is the Manager of Stakeholder and Community Relations at TransLink, where she leads strategies to strengthen relationships with key partners, communities, and external audiences across the region. In this role, she oversees engagement and consultation programs tied to major planning, funding, and capital projects, helping shape how TransLink connects with the public and its stakeholders. Prior to joining TransLink, Argi spent almost six years at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, where she led the Programs Department and launched several flagship initiatives, including the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council, the Scale-up Centre for SMEs, the Engaged Leadership Program, and North America’s first ESG Microcredential. Through this experience, she developed a deep familiarity with the Chamber network and a strong appreciation for its role in supporting local businesses and communities. Raised in—and a longtime resident of—North Vancouver, Argi is deeply invested in the community and passionate about contributing to its continued growth and vibrancy.
Brent Williston – Neptune Terminals
Brent Williston is Manager of Procurement at Neptune Terminals since 2012 and leads a procurement team that ensures Neptune has all the goods and services needed to operate a busy terminal operation. Prior to joining Neptune Brent worked in public sector procurement at the Resort Municipality of Whistler. Brent is a proud North Shore resident and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, cycling, and volunteering in the community.
Hamidreza Mohammadi (Hamid) – Total Space Inc.
Hamidreza Mohammadi (Hamid) is the founder and principal of Total Space Inc., a North Vancouver-based company delivering motion-based, space-optimizing technologies to the construction and urban development sector. With over 28 years of international experience across Asia, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and North America, he brings a strong track record in sustainable business, trade diversification, and innovation. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from France, two master’s degrees, and a civil engineering background. As an educator, he has taught over 1,500 business and sustainability students at Canadian universities. Dr. Mohammadi has served as a chair, board member and committee member of several non-profit professional and trade organizations including multiple Chambers of Commerce in Canada and abroad If elected, he aims to strengthen North Vancouver’s role in the global economy by building trade connections, attracting investment, and supporting Chamber members in navigating international growth opportunities.
Jonathan Mosley – Momentum Business Growth (Incumbent)
Jonathan is a Founding Partner of Momentum Business Growth and a Director of Drive Hockey Analytics. He has been a member of the Chamber for over ten years. Jonathan loves helping SME’s grow. He is passionate about supporting startups, creating Pitch North Shore to be a platform to showcase local entrepreneurs. He is currently a strategic advisor for companies in industries ranging from food brands to technology. Jonathan has served two terms as a Director for the North Vancouver Chamber and is the current Chair of the Board. He serves as Chair of the Policy Committee and the Executive Committee, as well as on the governance committee. Past roles include Board Secretary and Vice Chair. He is a strong advocate for the role the Chamber plays in supporting, connecting and advocating for local business. He believes that a strong, sustainable, and resilient economy is integral to a vibrant local community. Jonathan was previously Managing Director of GEM Vancouver, a boutique marketing agency. A veteran of the ski industry, Jonathan spent over a decade in various operations, sales and marketing roles, the final seven years in senior leadership positions. Jonathan’s board experience includes Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance BC Region and President of the Ambassadors’ at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. He has a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick, UK.
Kambiz Taheri – Polymer Recycling Technologies, Polychem Solutions
Kambiz Taheri is the Founder and CEO of Polymer Recycling Technologies (PRT) as well as Polychem Solutions. As an entrepreneur and engineer, Kambiz has more than 30 years of experience in Engineering plastics and the chemical industry. For more than a decade before founding PRT, as the Technical Director of many companies, Kambiz had developed numerous innovative technologies in the field of sustainability and circular economy, and had developed numerous grades of bioplastics for a variety of industries.Kambiz was CEO for several businesses involved in developing packaging techniques and developing environmentally safe foams, and recycling techniques. Kambiz has an extensive background in international trade, turn-key operations, and R&D startups. Kambiz has supervised many projects, including the insulation of a 300,000 square feet residential construction, the insulation of power plant pipelines, and the development of dashboards for automotives. Kambiz has also been involved with insulation projects within NASA projects, as well as oil and gas pipelines. Kambiz holds 6 technology patents, and recipient of numerous Canadian and International prestigious awards. Kambiz is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations. Specializing in personal growth, business development, and leadership, Mr. Taheri delivers transformative training in personal soft skills, negotiation skills, leadership, and business strategies. As a certified business coach with training background in Tony Robbins programs, Dale Carnegie courses, LifeSpring, and Landmark Forum, Mr. Taheri provides methodologies to foster lasting change. With fluency in English and Farsi, Mr. Taheri connects with diverse audiences to deliver impactful sessions within diverse sections of industries and Business institutions. His expertise in behavior coaching, empowerment, leadership development, and negotiation skills has helped countless individuals unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and excel personally and professionally. Mr. Taheri is a certified financial advisor and is a recipient of numerous prestigious innovations and entrepreneurship businesses, and a holder of 6 industrial patents and many academic publications. Mr. Taheri holds a master’s degree in industrial management Organization, a master’s in business administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University, a Master of Science (Chemical Engineering) from Middlesex University, and a Bachelor of Science degree(Chemical Engineering) from North London University.
Dr. Laura Kinderman – Faculty of Business and Professional Studies, Capilano University
Dr. Laura Kinderman serves in the role of Dean of the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at Capilano University. She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. With a BA (hons), MA, MBA, and PhD, her academic background, active teaching, and research activity bridge various disciplines and areas of study from English to Adult Literacy, Education to Health Sciences, and Law to Business. Laura has recently completed eight years on the Board of Directors of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and is currently serving on the International Coaching Federation BC Chapter Board. She is grateful for opportunities to continue to engage and partner with the North Van Chamber’s activities, including the Business Excellence Awards and The State of Business.
Lisa Archer – Zing Strategy Inc.
Lisa Archer is the founder of Zing Strategy Inc., where they help organizations move from tactical to strategic Human Resources. They work with companies to assess their HR function, identify gaps, and build roadmaps for improvement. They also provide ongoing senior-level HR support and lead project implementation when internal teams need extra capacity or expertise. The team is passionate about building people-centered workplaces that support both organizational growth and employee well-being. Outside of work, Lisa spends time with her husband and two young kids. They both grew up in North Vancouver and are proud to own and operate businesses here. Her husband owns four restaurants on the North Shore and has a strong presence in the local community. While Lisa leads people strategy behind the scenes, they’re both deeply invested in building vibrant, values-driven businesses in their hometown. Lisa is excited about the opportunity to contribute that perspective and experience to this board and support meaningful change in the community.
Megan Campagnolo – RBC (Incumbent)
With over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, Megan has held several progressive roles within RBC spanning from leadership positions in the Branch Network and Business Markets division, strategy roles in the BC Regional Office, and complex credit experience in Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate. In her present role in Wealth Management as a Private Client Manager for Enterprise Clients, she collaboratively manages a complex portfolio of the bank’s ultra -high net worth families with their banking and planning needs.
Megan is actively involved with several non-profit organizations in the local community. Presently, she sits on the Board of Directors supporting the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Family Services of the North Shore and the North Vancouver Football Club. Past volunteer experience includes: The Association of Women in Finance and the BC Women’s Hospital Foundation. In her free time, you can find her on the sidelines of a soccer field where she coaches both of her kids soccer teams.
Shirin Saleh – 88West Realty
With deep roots in North Vancouver for almost a decade, Shirin Saleh brings a powerful blend of business acumen, community dedication, Nonprofit board experience, governance expertise, and innovative thinking to the Chamber of Commerce. As the founder and CEO of 88West Realty, Shirin has demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial leadership, under which the company has become known for its innovative approach to client service and commitment to ethical business practices. Expertise & Community Impact: Director of board of Greater Vancouver Realtors-GVR- with over 15,000 members, Member of governance committee of GVR, Co-founder two Canadian foundations, Director of FARAH Society – supporting women and children impacted by violence, Led “support local business campaigns” during pandemic economic downturns, Active mentor for young entrepreneurs in real estate industry, MBA from Royal Roads University with specialization in Business Consulting. Vision for the Chamber: As we navigate rising tariffs and economic uncertainty, I’m committed to strengthening our business community through the Chamber’s principle that ‘A connected community is a thriving economy.’ If elected, I’ll focus on creating mentorship opportunities, advocating for business-friendly policies, and fostering partnerships that help North Vancouver businesses not just survive but thrive together during challenging times.
Tiffany Trownson – BC Care Providers Association
Tiffany Trownson is the Director of Public Affairs at the BC Care Providers Association, where she advocates for the senior sector, working closely with stakeholders and all levels of government to shape policies that enhance care and services. With a diverse background in healthcare leadership, Tiffany has experience spanning acute care, electronic health record transformation, primary care networks, and private home health. Her expertise in policy advocacy and strategic communications helps drive meaningful improvements in senior care. A proud resident of the North Shore, Tiffany is deeply engaged in her local community. She is an active member of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, fostering economic and business growth in the region. She also serves on the Board of the Public Affairs Association of Canada, BC Chapter, where she contributes to advancing public affairs and government relations. Committed to strengthening community connections, she regularly collaborates with local organizations to support initiatives that improve the lives of North Shore residents.
Yalda Ahmadvand – DEA Canadian College
Yalda Ahmadvand is a dedicated and highly skilled professional committed to excellence in healthcare and business development. With extensive experience in managing operations, marketing, and strategic partnerships, she plays a pivotal role in expanding educational and professional opportunities in the healthcare sector. As a leader at DEA Canadian College, Yalda has been instrumental in driving growth, increasing student enrollment, and forging key collaborations with industry partners. She is deeply passionate about empowering women in business and has established a nonprofit organization, Femme Alpha, dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs in scaling their ventures. In addition to her role in education, Yalda is the owner and operator of Cure Medical Clinic in North Vancouver, where she focuses on providing high-quality healthcare services and bridging the gap between education and professional practice. She also serves on the Board of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), contributing her expertise to ethical business practices and community development. Yalda’s expertise extends to professional development, community engagement, and mentorship, making her a dynamic force in both education and business. She is now focused on leveraging her experience to create new opportunities for aspiring professionals while making a meaningful impact in the community.
